NON-COMPETE & NON-SOLICITATION

You agree not to reproduce, sell, distribute, or use our systems, training materials, or methods to compete with us, directly or indirectly, during your engagement with us and for two (2) years thereafter. This applies globally to all users, customers, and affiliates.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All training materials, brand assets, logos, likenesses, and business methods are owned by Kegan Telford and protected by law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate and current information for any account. Keep your password secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

PLACING ORDERS

By placing an order for Goods, you warrant you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Participation in the training funnel is free. Optional product offers are paid at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 if no purchase was made. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

NO GUARANTEES

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results. Success depends on your effort and market conditions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Idaho, USA. Class actions are not permitted.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS

1. We may send messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, and training alerts.

2. Reply STOP to cancel SMS; HELP for assistance.

3. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Carriers are not liable for delays or failures.

5. Frequency varies.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any breach of these Terms.

“AS IS” DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Idaho law, USA, and applicable Canadian laws.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
